(CNN) This story may make you cringe for several reasons.

Lil Uzi Vert said that when he was doing some crowd surfing at a recent music festival, someone pulled the gem from his forehead.

"I had a performance at Rolling Loud (music festival) and I jumped into the crowd and they kind of ripped it off," he told TMZ about his performance in Miami in July.

But don’t worry, as the sound engineer said, he “feels good” and still owns diamonds.

According to reports, the pink diamond is worth 24 million U.S. dollars and was surgically implanted in the rapper’s face earlier this year.

In January, he tweeted about buying pink diamonds.

"For many years, I have been paying for a natural pink diamond from Elliot," he wrote on Twitter. "The price of this diamond is so high that I have been paying for it since 2017. That was the first time I saw a real natural pink diamond. I have a lot of M on my face."

The barbell piercing is now where the diamond is.
