The company's new equipment includes everything from lawn mowers to chain saws to UTV.

MOORESVILLE, NC – Greenworks will launch a commercial-grade robotic lawn mower optimow at GIE+EXPO in Louisville, Kentucky from October 20th to 22nd.

The optimow lawn mower is equipped with 4G cellular connection and fully integrated GPS tracking, allowing the operator to view its real-time location and operate it from anywhere. Optimow robotic lawnmowers can be customized for everything from scheduling to cutting height, and can operate on lawns with slopes up to 35%.

The commercial-grade optimow mower that debuted on GIE+EXPO includes four models: optimow 33, optimow 33H, optimow 66 and optimow 66H. The optimow 33 and 33H models can cut up to 1/3 acres after being fully charged, while the 66 and 66H models can cut up to 2/3 acres after being fully charged. The cutting heights of optimow 33 and 66 models range from 0.8 inches to 2.4 inches, while the cutting heights of 33H and 66H models range from 2.4 inches to 4 inches.

All four models are almost maintenance-free and do not use gasoline or oil; the only maintenance required is blade replacement.

The new commercial-grade optimow robotic lawnmower is supported by Greenworks' continuous commitment to provide the performance required by landscape professionals.

In addition, Greenworks Commercial has introduced three new commercial lawn mowers.

All three models are equipped with dual power heads and dual battery extraction technology, which can optimize the 2.0 kW brushless motor to provide maximum power during the entire cutting process.

Available options are 21-inch push lawn mower (82LM21), 21-inch self-propelled lawn mower (82SLM21S) and 25-inch self-propelled lawn mower (82LM25S). All products use commercial-grade motors, wheels and bearings with unparalleled service life. The self-propelled model has the same durability in terms of transmission and gears.

The 25-inch lawn mower includes two double-layer 2.5 mm counter-rotating blades for maximum bagging and mulching. Both 21-inch models are equipped with upgraded 3.5 mm high-lift blades to improve bagging, coverage and durability.

New promotional products were also introduced for the first time. A combination kit that includes a 21-inch push lawn mower, Bluetooth battery and dual-port super charger is priced at $499.99, which is a savings of $249.98 compared to purchasing the components separately.

In addition, Greenworks Commercial has launched more saw product lines, including chain saws, pole saws, and power cutters for hard work.

The new 82-volt chainsaw option offers three levels of powerful performance-2.4 kW and 2.7 kW in 18-inch versions and a 20-inch model that provides 3.4 kW of power. These chainsaws have a simple trigger start, large wrap-around handle and sponge handle, which are comfortable and easy to use. The chain saws of model 82CS24, 82CS27 and 82CS34 all use automatic chain lubrication, weather-resistant housing and steel anti-bending nails.

Two new pole saws also debuted: 82PS10 10-inch pole saw and 82PS10T 10-inch telescopic pole saw. Greenworks pole saws use direct-drive commercial-grade brushless motors, which are 30% more efficient than pneumatic saws. The bar saw adopts a lightweight structure and a 50-50 blade tip and motor weight balance, comfortable to use, with a 15-degree pitch to improve cutting and a two-step trigger system that saves effort.

Greenworks' new commercial 12-inch power cutter 82PC12 can handle heavy-duty cutting of materials up to 110 mm thick, such as concrete, masonry, or pipes. Precise aiming of the LED can achieve more controllable results, and the large trigger makes it easier to use with gloves. The power cutter includes a segmented diamond blade for wet cutting.

In addition to new saw options, Greenworks also announced a spring combination kit promotion, which includes chainsaws, Bluetooth batteries and dual-port super chargers at a discounted price of $449.99, which is a savings of $399.98 compared to typical a la carte purchases.

Greenworks Commercial also offers two new commercial blowers.

The new 82-volt blower is available in backpack or hand-held models to provide the performance required by professionals without odor, confusion and gas emissions. Both models are equipped with dual-port power heads, using dual battery extraction technology to provide more power while keeping the battery cool.

The 82BA26 backpack type blower has a switch turbo button, allowing the user to lock the turbo mode without pressing the button. With a run time of up to 65 minutes and a wind speed of 194 MPH, this commercial blower can handle any job.

The 82BH22 hand-held blower pushes air at a speed of 140 MPH, with a maximum operating time of 65 minutes.

Greenworks also announced for the first time a special combination kit promotion, providing backpack blowers, Bluetooth batteries and dual-port super chargers in a discount package. Buying all three at a price of $599.99, saves $478.97 compared to the standard a la carte purchase.

Finally, Greenworks Commercial will bring a series of new commercial utility vehicles to GIE+EXPO.

Three new UTVs provide a range of versatility and functions. The largest is the CU800 model equipped with a 13.8 kWh battery-the equivalent of an 800cc vehicle, which can travel 75 miles on a single charge, has 550 pounds of cargo capacity and 1,500 pounds of towing capacity. This UTV has a top speed of 29 MPH and a ground clearance of more than 12 inches.

The CU500 is a 500cc equivalent vehicle equipped with an 8 kWh battery. It has a cargo capacity of 330 pounds, a towing capacity of 1,250 pounds, and can travel 40 miles on a single charge. The top speed is 27 MPH and the ground clearance is 9.7 inches.

Both CU800 and CU500 include a spring-assisted cargo dump bed, 2,500-pound winch and suspension system, which provide a comfortable ride even on rough terrain. Enjoy a two-year vehicle warranty and a five-year (or 2,000-hour) battery warranty, giving you peace of mind. Both models are available in black or camouflage.

Also debuting is the new CU400W commercial work vehicle, which is equipped with a 5kW power motor and can travel 65 miles on a single charge. The vehicle has a cargo capacity of 550 pounds and a towing capacity of 500 pounds. The ground clearance of 8.5 inches and the electric cargo bed lifting system provide multiple uses. The suspension system provides a comfortable riding experience, and the turf tires adapt to a variety of terrains. The front hook has an electric take-off (ETO) power port.

Green industry professionals provide some tips for those who wish to take up leadership positions at a young age.

Neal Glatt remembers that once, as a young leader, he would be aggressive towards older employees on the phone. At the landscape meeting on Thursday, he told attendees that sometimes he almost had physical conflicts with some 40-year-old men.

"They don't respect me at all, why should they respect me? I'm a (jerk)," he said. Glatt is now the managing partner of GrowTheBench, and he says people left the company because of him early in his career. "I have a lot of failures. Repairing these relationships requires years of training."

Glatt and other team members are discussing how to manage the company when you are a young leader. They provided some feedback on how current young leaders earn the respect of employees, even if they are much older than their bosses.

Enter the trenches. Lucas Melograno of Mariani Landscape said that working in this field completely changed his perspective and gave him a comprehensive understanding of the work of all employees in the company. Climbing up the ladder and getting a promotion is essential to clearly understand the meaning of the job and make him more sympathetic to them when encountering difficulties.

"When I joined and came in, my attitude was very young, fast up, up, up, but it won't happen so fast," Melograno said. "This is a very critical point. For a person, it is a good way to succeed because they will better understand how the business really works. Digging trenches or planting trees all day is not the most fascinating job. But you will learn a lot."

Frank Mariani Jr. is currently the president of the company founded by his grandfather, and he also expressed this view.

"They want to sweat with you... let you stand by their side to get their approval," he said. "If you don't get this from them, your life may be like a living hell."

Understand their goals. Glatt said that he currently hires a second-year social media manager in college. Although she has done a lot of great work for him, her ultimate goal is not to work in the field of landscaping.

Glatt did not keep her in vain, but said that their weekly one-on-one meetings now allow him to sit down and discuss possible internships or job opportunities outside of the company. This is not always to meet the immediate needs of the company-in the long run, how do you make your employees better?

"The good news is that the day I know she will leave, at the same time, she will work harder for me and will train replacements because she will not get me into trouble," he said.

Have some confidence. David Grover, manager of the Pacific Landscape Management branch, said that he used to be afraid to speak at conferences because his ideas were often not heard.

Now that he has worked in the company long enough, he still finds that he sometimes stifles ideas and is surprised when people take them seriously. Grover recommends finding some confidence to speak at the conference and believing that you have important contributions.

"In the past few months, I started to speak at conferences and people just said,'OK, let's try it.' This requires me to have a certain level of confidence and self-confidence in myself," Grover said. "The more I lean toward it, the more it feels arrogant, but that's not the case. At a certain point, you are providing value."
