The Oklahoma Sooners will take on the Oregon Ducks with an opportunity to end the 2021 season on a high note after a dramatic regular season and an even more dramatic coaching transition.

With all that behind the Oklahoma Sooners, they’ll get back to the business of football against an Oregon Ducks team that also underwent a coaching transition.

Oregon, much like Oklahoma, saw its season hit the skids when it lost a game in November and was unable to bounce back from that loss to stay in the College Football Playoff race.

Though the teams have dealt with similar situations, it feels as if the Oklahoma Sooners are coming into this matchup re-energized with the return of Bob Stoops, the hire of Brent Venables and a 2022 recruiting class that returned to the top 10 after dipping to 27th immediately following Lincoln Riley’s departure.

After a storied career for the Oklahoma Sooners, H-Back and tight end Jeremiah Hall has declared for the 2022 NFL draft. One of the more popular Sooners player will take his talents to the next level.

Hall was an integral part of the Oklahoma Sooners passing attack during his tenure as the starting H-Back. As part of a rotation with Austin Stogner and Brayden Willis, Hall had a career year with 32 receptions for 334 yards and four touchdowns. He also added six carries for 25 yards and a touchdown.
